Yes. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Men are not allowed with hats. Please understand that some of the sites are holy and extremely cherished by Christianism so respect is a must.

Tours and services offered by Secrets of Rome are valid on the dates and times displayed on www.secretsofrome.com.

Tours are considered booked only upon receipt of the confirmation voucher from Secrets of Rome. If a voucher has not been received by client,a booking can not be confirmed and your participation on the tour cannot be honored.

Original Confirmation Vouchers must be presented to the tour director at the beginning of the tour.

Any modifications and cancellations to a pre-booked tour must be directed to info@secretsofrome.com no later than (96) hours ahead of confirmed tour date. Their will be a €10 cancellation fee per transaction.

• All modification requests are subject to availability.
• Any modification must be made no later than (96) hours ahead of confirmed tour date.
• NO refunds will be granted for late cancellations.
• NO refunds will be granted for late arrivals.
• NO refunds will be granted for no-shows to a tour. (no-show is when a guest is not present a the pre-established meeting point/time/place as described in original tour conformation)

Secrets of Rome reserves the right to cancel, substitute, modify or change any tour that you have booked with Secrets of Rome at any time, for any reason. In such case, if you are not satisfied with the act, you are entitled to a full refund of purchase price.

Italy is known for its unforeseen events like airline strikes, train strikes, protests, flight delays etc… Secrets of Rome is not responsible for any event not under its control that would cause a tour not to take place. In such case, Secrets of Rome reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any tour for any reason that is out of the control of Secrets of Rome. If client is not satisfied with change, the client will be refunded the total cost paid to Secrets of Rome for the tour.

Most religious sites under the governance of the Vatican can choose to close to the public without prior notice at any time (Sistine Chapel, Raphael Rooms, Basilica of St Peter, St. John the Lateran, Holy Steps etc..). Secrets of Rome is not responsible for any event not under its control that would cause a tour to be modified. In such case Secrets of Rome reserves the right to change, modify any tour for any reason that is out of the control of Secrets or Rome maintaining a 3 hours itinerary.
